A Complete ART lesson, which includes a detailed PPT, resources and models. Perfect to help you get to know your class, whilst creating a fantastic display for the wall (ideal for the start of the year) Great for transition day too! The children will produce a portrait for display. Ideal for KS2/3 All images are either the authors own, or sourced from PIXABAY Please leave feedback.

Expressing feelings through art - Feelings ICEBERGS - complete lesson (outstanding)

A complete lesson for KS2 linked to PHSCE. Explore how feelings can be expressed by manipulating the elements of art, particularly line and colour. Children learn about the main forms of abstract art and then go on to express themselves in a feelings iceberg (to show how they feel on the surface and underneath in different situations) This was an outstanding lesson in year 5 All images either authors own or sourced from PIXABAY.

High aspirations and growth mindset - Complete PHSE lesson KS2.

(0)
A complete PHSCE lesson for KS2 based around believing in our potential and raising our aspirations and how other people see us. Children take part in discussions, role plays and drama. They then become agony aunts and uncles at the end to express their learning. The planning refers to the text ‘The Bad Seed’ by Jory John. This is a great book which fits in with the plan brilliantly. However, the plan can work well without it too. All images either the authors own or sourced from PIXABAY.

They will also make one firm ‘Promise’ or resolution. The letter can then be opened at a later, specified date.
