Eight standalone resources on the topic of past holidays. These resources will support pupils to talk about where they went on their holiday, who they went with, how they got their, simple activities and opinions.
Resource 1: Worksheet to introduce ‘fui’ with countries, people and transport and fue with opinion adjectives.
Resource 2: This worksheet reviews the language in worksheet 1 and introduces holiday activities.
Resource 3: A translation recall game reviewing all the language above.
Resource 4: A worksheet to learn and practise the -AR verb endings in the preterite tense.
Resource 5: A worksheet to introduce -IR verbs in the past: vi, conocí, salí, comí, bebí etc.

A four-page standalone resource on the different types of family models in Spain: familias numerosas, familias monoparentales, familias reconstruidas, parejas homosexuales, padres divorciados…
There are three texts with up-to-date cultural references about family models in Spain with accompanying reading comprehension and vocabulary activities. There is also translation practice.
Format: PDF and Word documents with answers.
Pupils work in pairs and they have copy of the attached resource and then use dice, or digital dice, to generate two numbers. The first number gives them the topic and the second number the type of structure. They then have to translate the given sentence into Spanish and their partner ‘marks’ their answer using the grid on the back of the resource.
Pupils can also use this independently for revision and self-testing.
A double-sided standalone resource to support pupils to talk and write about their ideal holidays using ‘je rêve de’, j’espère’ and some conditional sentences.
