Key stage 3 lesson on specialised cells. Includes worksheet and information hunt for higher ability and speed dating for lower ability.

GCSE lesson on cntraception based on micro teaching. Allocate a type of contraception to each pupil get them to research info about it and teach to others in the class.

Lesson on the menstrual cycle. Different sheets depending on the ability of pupils. QQT, crossword and wordsearch could be used as plenary or starter activities.

GCSE lesson on selective breeding looking at the advantages and disadvantages of farming and dog breeding. Great discussion points. Includes opinion cards where pupils can argue for different peoples opinions.
