This ppt includes all of the lesson material for this part of the spec - It took me 6 or 7 lessons, though it could take up to 8 lessons for lower ability pupils. I am the HoD in a top performing state school. I also run a PGCE Geography in a local university. I also used the Teachit Natural Hazards pack alongside my own resources (free online). Each lesson starts with a spec outline and includes learning objectives, starter activities, skills work and lesson activities as well as links to video clips. There are also exam questions. The worksheet resources are also available for sale on Tes should you wish to purchase them to support the lesson presentation. I have written notes below the slides to aid your teaching.

I am a Head of Hums and previous Head of Geog in a successful state school. I also ran a Geography PGCE course previously. My GCSE students acheived 76.9% A/A* and 100% A*-C. Since this is now the old spec and would need to be adapted, I have bundled these resources and reduced the price. They’re still useful for teaching man y aspects of the courses, especially the synoptic units/skills…I still refer to them regularly for either AQA or OCR new spec content.
