Most resources are for geography lessons, but many are for whole-school too and cross over into numerous subjects.
A lesson designed for all ages on the skills needed to not just copy information.
Students have a text and do some comprehension work. They then look at re-phrasing the paragraph and putting it into their own words.
All the resources for a series of lessons lesson about landfill. Designed for both KS3 or 4.
Pupils have an information sheet (best printed in A3 & colour). This provides them with the detail that they need about landfill sites in the UK. Pros & cons & what it is.
This information can be used to create a variety of work, but I find that an article works best (included). There is also a SEND article outline.
There is a structured Q & sheet and subsequent SPaG sheet that I print on green paper to address the needs of most schools literacy policy.
The assessment also put pupil learning into context & can be peer/self or teacher assessed.
These tasks actually take about (roughly) 5 lessons to complete.
A powerpoint designed to allow students to vote on the grade of work. Click the button and watch the arrow move upwards. When it hits the level that the students agree with, they raise their hands.
I use this after presentation of work and it allows instant (whole class) feedback on the grade of work.

An A3 sheet that I used as a pre examination handout. It covers the basics of the content for paper 3 (skills). This was copied in colour, laminated and provided to pupils as they were waiting to sit their exam. It could easily be used for any geography exam board or simply used as a skills revision sheet.
