There are three trickier words which have pictures to help children work out what they say. This is a 5 lesson Literacy unit all about Edith Cavell. The plan is aimed at year 2 and gives details of the year 2 curriculum objectives covered. These Year 2 SATs style 'number, place value and sequences' revision questions are split into 3 differentiated levels. Each level contains 30 SATs style problems with answers. The higher level (Super Super Challenge) contains questions covering the Year 2 and Year 3 curriculum and is in the style of a SATs paper. This is a plan and PowerPoint presentation for an assembly on The Last Supper, with a focus on the theme of betrayal. . The 5 page pdf plan is easy to follow and requires no resources, so is perfect for using at the last minute! I like leading assemblies that are interactive, engaging and relevant to the children’s lives. So, this assembly involves an anecdote about a childhood friend who betrayed you.
