We discuss the rise and fall of the Maya’s.
Then we see the basics of who the Aztec and Incas are.
At last, there is a task where the pupils take a look at these two civilizations and try to find the similarities and differences between them. They have to do a presentation.
This is work bundle about the colonization of the Native Americans by the British Empire.
We start with the Disney story of Pocahontas and try to find the real story of Pocahontas. Who is she, who is John Smith, what happened, …?
Then we continue with the colonization by the British Empire. Where did they colonize, why did colonize? What are the effects on the Native Americans?
At last we try to link the discrimination of ethnic groups with what is happening today in the world. Can we recognize discrimination of ethnic groups? Where is it happening? How is it happening?

These are two courses about climate change. In these courses, students learn about climate change itself, the causes, solutions and what do to individually.
