A basic #flippedlearning resource based around 4 homeworks/lessons of watching Richard Attenborough's Gandhi and answering comprehension questions and completing summary activities. Unfortunately the film is not available legally online so there is no link to it on the worksheet.
If students have access to the film this is a perfect way to start a unit of work on India and the British Raj and allows you to flip your classroom so the students can get an introduction to the main themes and events outside your lessons. Of course when they have completed their lessons on the British Raj and India you can return to the film to discuss the inaccuracies and areas of interpretation...
