Hello Everyone and welcome to my TES shop! I have been teaching for 10+ years in Wales and England and BTEC since 2019 - always with excellent results. I have found the lack of resources available from BTEC for level 2 and 3 frustrating to say the least, so over my time I have created and compiled resources that have worked for me. Please leave a review for your purchases, it will help me to refine and improve my reources for the future!

Some resources made to support students with the content of component 1, synthpop which was one of my chosen genres. Included: synthpop KO - covering all aspects of the task 1 written PPT with lots of examples! Planned lessons on structure, melody, rhythm, harmony, tonality, instruments, texture (timbre and production covered in KO) Sweet Dreams performance pack for bands, or could be adapted for solo performances Composing a synthpop inspired track for task 2 (which is what all of my students did) including a distinction example (garageband, but can be easily adapted to any other DAW)
