How to use this activity.
This is a differentiated activity, suitable for children aged 5-6 or those working on addition and subtraction with numbers up to 20.
Cut out the number problems and place them around the classroom or the outside area.
Give the children an answer sheet – which one depends upon their ability. There are 3 differentiated sheets.
Children must go and look for their problems (ie bat, pumpkin or witch) work out the answer and write the answer in the correct box. Ie Problem number 5, write the answer in box number 5.
