Valentine's Day Compliment Letter Template & Mail Box Decoration
Fun Valentine’s Day Compliment (praise, positive) letters.
Print the document on both sides to have a letter that folds out i.e. the picture of the envelope being on the front and the message inside.
Ask your students (children in case of homeschooling) to write positive notes to each other (to siblings/parents) on Valentine’s day and put them into a special mail box. Additional pictures are included to decorate a mail box (e.g. shoe box).

Preparation:
Print 1 blank domino mat and 12 hearts for each student. (You can ask your students to cut them themselves).
Description:
With the help of the flashcards show how hearts are arranged to represent individual numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
-Tell students numbers and ask them to arrange as many hearts on their domino mats.
Depending on their level you can teach them how numbers can broken down e.g.
4 (1+ 3, 3+1, or 2+2) or let them discover the different possibilities alone.
