This is a great project booklet which will span over about 5-6 lessons. It is designed for students to work through the initial tasks to help their knowledge about hotels/holidays so they gain an understanding and knowledge of what they should be designing. It also helps them with web design, as they have to annotate and design their own. Once these pages are complete, your groups of five get designing, planning and speech writing, in order to create a 5-10 minute presentation to the class. I used this as an opportunity to assessment my students on their speaking and listening skills.
