It enables you to create a colour coded timetable (and will automatically generate a blank timetable with the appropriate number of periods per day), a week by week lesson outline planning sheet, a register for each class that records attendance, performance and behavioural information upon each pupil, homework and test scores. The registers will rank the pupils according to assessment criteria, absences and upon test scores. The class analysis page will give detailed information upon the number of lates/tardiness, discipline issues, forgotten books, no homework, incomplete pieces of work and work graded excellent, good, satisfactory and poor. Schemes of work can be created, and reports written upon individual students. Print outs of each class can be used at parent consultation evenings and as a record for SLT. Cover lesson instructions can also be created. I have used this spreadsheet in an ongoing developing form for the last 20 years and haven’t used a paper-based planner in that time. Fully interactive, playable Wordle game. This power point game has a database of over 400 five letter words. Words are chosen at random from the database list. The game plays according to the standard Wordle rules with letters in the correct place showing up in green, a correct letter in the wrong place in orange and subsequent occurrences of a wrongly placed correct letter remains grey. You have 6 attempts to find the correct word, if this is not achieved you will be informed of the correct word. The pptm requires macros to be enabled to work. When opening the pptm for the first time please ensure when asked to enable macros, that you check the option. Without doing this the automated processes in the game will not work. A fully interactive Boggle game, suitable for Key Stage 2 and 3, which is a fun way for pupils to develop their vocabulary and spelling skills. The game has a database of over 300, nine letter words, which are automatically selected randomly by the game. The word’s letters are displayed in a random order in a 3 x 3 grid with the first letter of the 9-letter word displayed as a capital. Pupils have 3 minutes to come up with as many words as possible using the letters, they do not have to use all the letters in their words. A bonus can be given if they find the 9-letter word. Click on the Select new word button to automatically create a new 3x3 grid of letters from a new 9-letter word. Click on the Go button to start the 3-minute timer. A horn will sound at the end of the 3 minutes. To display the 9-letter word click on the reveal the 9-letter word box. The game requires macros to be enabled within Power-point to allow the automated features to work. Save time and effort writing reports. A report writing assistant allowing you to automatically create termly or yearly student report cards from a statement bank. Quickly and easily create a report by selecting statements with a click from 18 statements in each of 9 categories (162 statements in all) to build up a complete report comment, all of which will automatically adjust gender pronouns (he/she etc) and insert the students name where appropriate. Comments can also be free typed in the report comment box. All the statements in each category can be customised by the user. A class list with the gender of the students can be inserted and the final report comments can be copied and pasted into any other report package and the overall class comments saved to an xls file for archiving.
