This lesson is the final assessment lesson on theories of religion, part of the unit on** Beliefs in Society**. This is an interactive lesson, with plenty of opportunities for paired and class discussions, with a strong focus on exam technique/skills. There are 2 parts of the assessment lesson, which could be delivered across two separate lessons. The first part of the lesson is focused on assessing knowledge and understanding of Functionalist theories of religion through short mark questions. This has been designed as a peer-assessed test. The second part of the lesson is a 20-mark exam question using the item, this allows students to evaluate their knowledge of the whole unit. This lesson assesses all three theories on religion (Functionalist, Marxist and Feminist theories), which are available as individual lessons or as a discounted bundle in the shop!
