Spanish KS3 where I live, my house, jobs in the house Simple worksheets to build up students’ vocabulary on saying where they live (town, village, beach, mountains, north, south) and then what rooms are in that house. I try to make them so students can work without too much teacher input - one of the sheets was an hour’s cover I had to set and it seemed to go well! Moves on to jobs in the house

French KS3 sports and how often you do them plus how long you have been doing them using depuis Variety of worksheets including grids for battleships or listening activities where the teacher makes sentences and students shade the relevant squares. I am covering the Spanish topic of technology with year 9 Foundation Spanish group. These are the resources I have made to support the topic. I am trying to also remind students of past topic (family) and adverbs of frequency as I go.

Spot the difference sheet, basic paragraphs about family (brothers, sisters, a little extra detail). Students pick out basic info then use it as a model to write their own Family vocab sheet building up to writing a piece about family via a basic sentence builder, example paragraph, translation gapfill and word find activity
