There are two major styles of shuffled sentences that can appear in the 11 plus exam: superfluous word style and rearrange. This resource contains 14 Shuffled sentences exercises (both superfluous word style and rearrange styles) for practice for the 11 plus exam. It’s useful for both CEM and GL assessments.
20 short cloze tests, designed to be used as practice for the 11+ CEM test. Includes a mixture of styles including word choice, word bank and missing letters. Contains answers.
Cloze assesses the ability to read in context, scan and deduct information. It often appears in CEM 11 plus papers.
