Initial Sound Clip Cards (Alphabet) These Initial Sounds Clip Cards can be used to reinforce the alphabet and the sounds made by each letter and is the perfect center activity. Place a dot behind the correct answer in order to make these cards self-correcting. Laminating the cards will make them more durable and therefore will last longer. This set is provided in color and black and white (which can be copied onto colored paper if desired). Capital letters are also included. Students can use a clothes peg to identify which letter is used to start the word of each picture. If clothes pegs are not available, students can write with a white board marker on the laminated cards. Holes can also be punched into the cards below each letter.
