Board game that I made for Y7. If a student landed on an image I would ask them a question in the TL relating to the topic. This was really fun to do and the pupils really enjoyed the competitive element of it!

This powerpoint includes various slides that can be used when introducing pets and describing family members to Y7. It is made up of a selection of slides from several lessons which is why it looks slightly chaotic! I’ve uploaded this as a pick’n’mix style resource - if you like something, take it! It has some retrieval starter slides, remember and write with youtube links to music videos to hopefully save someone 10-15 mins, some other conti style activities and an appearance from my dog (I had an opportunity and I took it!) Hope this is useful to somebody :)
