This is a simple, highly visual poster to remind the students about the 5 things they should be doing to learn during the time the teacher is talking. It is a useful reminder, which students can clearly see and understand and teachers can refer to over a lesson. In addition to this simple, but effective poster, I have also included a set of motivational posters about why and how we learn and a complete positive behaviour system you can print out and place around the whole of your room as a constant reminder to success.

Climate Change Week or anything you need to know about global warming and climate change. I have based my presentations on work carried out by both NASA and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). I have collected together information about climate change, its causes, its consequences and some of the things students can do to help reduce their own impact on the environment. In addition, I have included some colouring sheets which will make lovely pieces of display work. I have created a simple set of worksheets to help students to focus on what is good in their lives. They can complete this work at the beginning or the end of the day. They could even have it set as homework one week. The idea being that if students know they will need to write about being happy, they will actively seek out happiness to write about. When students write about being happy, they relive that happy moment, and of course become happier!

This is a really simple idea. It helps a teacher become more organised. It contains all the key features a teacher needs on their interactive whiteboards. The children draw and write about what they are thankful for. By thinking of their happiest times, their brains relive those happy moments. Try it! It is a lot of fun!
