I have created 4 great teaching packs for Science: Animal Skeleton Bones, Human Skeleton Bones, Teeth and Your Senses. You can download these packs, print them off and have an instant wonderful display. Alternatively, you would use them as PowerPoint presentations within a lesson to introduce or review a topic. They make excellent talking prompts for the class!
Animal Skeletons: See different examples of animal bones. How are they similar? How do they differ from each other? There are bones of fish, whales, snake and cows, to mention just a few.
Human Skeletons: Here is a nice resource pack which contains a lot of the different bones students need to learn about. The photos are fantastic.
Teeth: This includes what we need to have nice teeth and a few photos of what happens if we are not careful with our teeth. There are also some animal pictures so you can discuss animal teeth shapes.
Senses: A nice teaching pack about our 5 senses. This would make an excellent display or sorting activity.
Climate Change Week or anything you need to know about global warming and climate change.
I have based my presentations on work carried out by both NASA and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
I have collected together information about climate change, its causes, its consequences and some of the things students can do to help reduce their own impact on the environment. In addition, I have included some colouring sheets which will make lovely pieces of display work.
This work does contain public domain material, but it has taken a considerable amount of time to change these into attractive, informative documents for children.
This is a simple, highly visual poster to remind the students about the 5 things they should be doing to learn during the time the teacher is talking.
It is a useful reminder, which students can clearly see and understand and teachers can refer to over a lesson.
In addition to this simple, but effective poster, I have also included a set of motivational posters about why and how we learn and a complete positive behaviour system you can print out and place around the whole of your room as a constant reminder to success.
I have collected another great set of PowerPoints for teachers. This months lessons cover Bodhi Day, Christmas, Drawing Figures, International Mountain Day, International Volunteer Day, Ludwig Van Beethoven's Birthday, Monkey Day, Motivational Quotes, Motivational Road Signs, News Year Eve, St Nicholas Day, Winter Solstice, World AIDS Day. You could use them to create different interesting, colourful displays or show them as PowerPoints to promote talking and discussion in the classroom.

I have created a simple set of worksheets to help students to focus on what is good in their lives. They can complete this work at the beginning or the end of the day. They could even have it set as homework one week. The idea being that if students know they will need to write about being happy, they will actively seek out happiness to write about. When students write about being happy, they relive that happy moment, and of course become happier!

This book was originally in the public domain for free. I spent a considerable amount of time removing all the self promoting hyperlinks to the original free site, as well as adding lots of free, colourful images to each page. This book looks far more professional than the original one and the students will be proud to take it home when it is complete to show their parents.
This is my environmental bundle. It has presentations on different types of pollution and the environmental problems we face. It also examines in detail climate change. In addition, it reviews habitats and the local environment.
Here is an extra special deal. This bundle combines environmental presentations and teaching resources in a single package. There is plenty of resources you can use to in the classroom.
You could look at it directly as a presentation and discuss the different activities being shown in each of the photos.
I have combined two teaching packs about poor children from around the world and also added a teaching guide which explains how to use these teaching resources in 31 different teaching activities in the classroom.
In addition, your students can look at how the poor live and then think about how their own life compares using the workbook.
You could print off and laminate the photos to make an interesting, eye-catching display about Children In Need.
The students could also take the laminated photos and sort them into different reasons why children are in need. The students can then discuss what they think each one was saying or thinking.
The photos could also be used as prompts for creative writing, factual writing or descriptive writing.
A key to a child's happiness is to appreciate what they already have in their lives? This is a simple 1 week course which can be used time and again. The children draw and write about what they are thankful for. By thinking of their happiest times, their brains relive those happy moments. Try it! It is a lot of fun!
Are you wanting to encourage your students to research a wide range of different topics? Then try this fun set of resources. There is plenty of homework / home study or joint study here! All the worksheets come complete with an answer.
I have collected together some of my best poetry related resources and would love you to use them in your own classroom. In addition, I have added some of my popular reading worksheets. They have been well received as individual resources and I am sure your class will also love them!
