A fantastic resource that gets the students to study 7 different products and analyse their source of differentiation, competitive advantage, position within the product life cycle and focus in the design mix.

An excellent resource, especially for those needing to introduce or improve their student’s structure in 9 mark answers. The case study is included, alongside a writing frame and several tasks that encourage the student to unpick the case study. I found this worked really well with EAL students and lower ability students who struggle to write longer answers.
