There are 12 questions total (6 with i-y verbs and 6 with -ir stem change verbs). All questions are information questions.

-IR: pedir, servir, vestirse, mentir, dormir, divertirse
Prior to the questions, students will fill out a table with the English translations of the aforementioned verbs and also write the preterit endings for -er/ -ir verbs.

Present subjunctive missing elements activity
Complete each sentence with the missing element: Introductory verb (present tense) and the present subjunctive verb using the word bank provided. Then, add 2-3 words to expand on the sentence. Be sure that your sentence makes sense.
*Note: In each sentence, students are given two different subjects, and either a conjugated introductory verb (present tense) or a conjugated present subjunctive verb.
There are 14 sentences total. A structured template is provided. This practice can be used when students are first introduced to the present subjunctive. Students can complete it individually or in pairs and small groups as a bell ringer, entry or exit slip.

Preterit imperfect quick review practice
For each set of sentences, write the appropriate clue word based on the verb conjugation. Then, add 2-3 words to complete the sentence. Write your sentences in the template provided. No on-line translators.

Preterit all verbs mixed practice
Part 1: Next to each infinitive, indicate the type using the following: Write R for regular, I for irregular, SPC for spelling change, STC for stem change. (34 total)

Part 2: Conjugate each infinitive in the yo form in the first column. In the second column, come up with a different subject (use subject pronouns: Tú, él, ella etc or names of people).
