This worksheet is a practice on present subjunctive sentences. There are 20 sentences total and answer key is included.

Reflexive verbs: Introductory conjugation practice and original sentences
This is a practice on conjugating reflexive verbs as students are being introduced to the topic. A structured template is provided for students to conjugate 7 reflexive infinitives (3 regular verbs and 4 stem change verbs). The template includes subject pronouns and students have to complete it with appropriate reflexive pronouns, infinitive stem, and present tense endings.
In part 2: Students will use the 8 reflexive verbs from part 1 (4 regular and 4 stem change) and write 8 original sentence in the template provided. Note: There are 8 reflexive verbs because the verb mirarse is used as a model for student reference in part 1.
Verbs included:
Regular: lavarse, bañarse, afeitarse
Stem change: despertarse, acostarse, vestirse, dormirse
Answer key is included for part 1 conjugations only. For part 2, student answers will vary.

Present tense sentence completion practice: Complete each sentence using an infinitive, conjugated verb in the present tense, a conjugated reflexive verb, gerund (“ing” form of a verb), and do not repeat any. Add 2-4 words to expand on every sentence.
Students will complete a total of 20 sentences.

Present subjunctive sentence completion practice
Complete each sentence by choosing the correct present subjunctive verb from the word bank below. Then add 3-4 words to expand on the sentence.
For present subjunctive verbs, regular -ar, -er, -ir verbs are used and hacer is used once.

Present subjunctive v infinitive sentence practice
Part 1: Write the correct letter of the English translation of the introductory verb
Ex: Querer (answer choice g: to want)
Part 2: Complete each sentence using the following guidelines.
Write the infinitive (-ar, -er, -ir) provided in the first sentence
In the second sentence, conjugate the infinitive in the present subjunctive and add 3-4 words to expand on the sentence. Your sentence must make sense.

Yo quiero que tú cantes en el coro de la escuela.
Students will complete a total of 10 sentences. For the present subjunctive, only regular -ar, -er, and -ir verbs are used and hacer is used in the last sentence.

This is a matching practice with the conjugations of the past perfect subjunctive (el pluscuamperfecto de subjuntivo)

This is a reading on ir + a + infinitive.
Students will read two paragraphs and answer comprehension questions using ir + a + infinitive.

This is an introductory practice with the imperfect tense in Spanish. Students will conjugate 2 -ar, -er, and -ir verbs and answer 4 personal questions with each verb. A structured template is provided for students to write their conjugations. Students will also answer 9 personal questions with the irregular verbs ser, ir, and ver.
