You’ll never have to brainstorm a list of words again! This pack, Word Families in List Form, contain one hundred ninety word lists that are separated by vowel sounds and endings. Consonants, blends, and digraphs are applied to the vowel sounds to make a list of word families. Vowel sounds include eighty-two short vowel sounds, sixty-one long vowel sounds, and forty-nine variant vowel sounds.
Use these word lists to:
-use as a reference when making lessons.
-help students read and learn phonics.
-help students spell and learn word families.
Use the sheets as a whole to have students practice reading words. You can also cut the lists apart and attach them all to a ring.
H.F.W Spelling Lists include thirty-seven lists. The first three hundred High Frequency Words (H.F.W) are separated by ten words to create thirty lists. 7 additional lists have been added.
Each spelling worksheet contains a list of ten H.F.W. Students use those ten words to write again, put them in ABC order, and separate them into categories of how many letters or by vowel sounds. Students also write 2 sentences using some spelling words in their sentence. Also a short, how to study spelling words and some quick reminders help students study words. Each worksheet is labeled which H.F.W are used.
The extra 7 lists or worksheets use words that are important words. These lists include days of the week, months, colors, numbers, continents, and question words. Some of these words may repeat from the H.F.W list but are important and deserve a second look.
This pack also comes with a half-sheet spelling test for the ten words, the H.F.W list 1-3 0 0, and a sheet to write down words that students need to study.
Converting Metric Worksheets includes twenty-seven worksheets. This pack covers the three metric units: grams, meters, and liters. There are 9 worksheets for each unit. There is plenty of practice to converting metric units. The worksheets also use all the metric measurements.
There is also a poster to help students see the metric units in pictures to help them form measurements.
