Here’s a two-week lesson plan outline for teaching a fact file and setting description. It’s divided into four days per week, with a focus on research, descriptive language, structure, and peer review to develop both skills. I’ve also took Year 2 children on a trip to the Tower Of London to fit in with this theme.
