At Burfield Academy, our values of compassion, perseverance and respect are the foundation for all learning and interaction. We expect all members of our learning community; staff, parents and carers, children and visitors to always show our values.    

STEP values 

We also recognise our STEP values, of Passion, Urgency, Positivity, Aspiration and Commitment, which are shared across our Academy Trust. We teach children that these are our family values. We expect our staff and children to constantly live out those values, being able to develop a sense of accountability and mutual responsibility across the school.
