This is an exciting time to join Croxley Danes School as we seek to build on our existing reputation for delivering aspirational outcomes and opportunities for learners and colleagues. We are heavily oversubscribed with 840 students across Years 7-11, in addition to a growing Sixth Form. The learning environment is calm and purposeful, with extensive support available to all members of the school community. Our expectations are high, but we also seek to demonstrate compassion and a personalised approach whenever possible. This is informed by research and an outward facing approach, with a clear emphasis on continual school improvement. As a result, we look for talented and committed people and work hard to keep them.

Our staff team is our greatest asset and we invest heavily in them, with an exceptional CPDL offering and a caring approach. Our strong links with Danes Educational Trust (the largest academy trust in Hertfordshire) only serves to expand these opportunities and a sense of being part of a bigger professionals network, with many of our colleagues having benefited from high quality development programmes.
