Saint John Henry Newman Catholic College is a Catholic Secondary School located in Chadderton, Greater Manchester. It falls under the Diocese of Salford.
The school was formed in 2011 from the amalgamation of St Augustine of Canterbury RC High School in Werneth, Oldham and Our Lady’s RC High School in Royton. The merged school was originally based over the two former school sites, but moved to a new building.

Extra-curricular activities play an important role in the development of the individual at Newman RC College in the belief that they play an important role in developing students’ confidence, responsibility, leadership and communication skills.
Faculties organise a wide range of subject specific trips and visits to complement the work undertaken in the classroom. There is also a range of visits and opportunities to develop new skills both locally and abroad.
