History and Ethos

The British International School of Marbella (BISM) is one of the leading international schools in Marbella offering contemporary British international education to students in Early Years, Primary and Secondary education. Since opening in 2010, BISM has become the school of choice for expatriate and Spanish parents looking to provide their children with highest levels of education.

The school forms part of The British Schools Foundation (BSF). We view character development as an essential part of our work. We rely on teachers with the experience to nurture independence of mind, resilience, and a caring disposition in our pupils.

Location and Facilities

In June 2020 the school moved into a brand new, state of the art campus in the Nagueles region of Marbella. A purpose built Foundation Stage Campus opens in August 2024.
