Our opportunity:

 

We are seeking to appoint an Admin Officer who will have responsibility for daily cover and parental engagement at Hinde House Academy. The role will involve ensuring all classes have appropriate cover in the absence of teaching staff and liaising with the Trust’s central HR Team in relation to sickness and personal absence. This varied and interesting role will also involve overseeing the Academy’s parental platforms and working to increase and secure parental engagement as well as ensuring the academy website is up to date under the direction of senior staff.

The successful candidate will be conscientious, reliable, flexible and have excellent communication skills and must have an eye for detail.

The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday – 7.30am to 3.30pm and Friday – 7.30pm to 3.00pm.

 

We are looking for a Admin Officer who:

 

·      Has excellent oral, aural and written communications skills

·      Has excellent ICT skills, with good attention to detail

·      Is a team player, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

·      Has experience of working in an educational environment
