This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator with line management skills to play a key role as Administration Manager at one of London's top day schools.

You will be responsible for the line management of the Reception Team, plus Administration Assistant and all office and administration services for Wimbledon High School, ensuring these are provided to agreed standards. There will also be a requirement to support the Director of Finance & Operations as per the job description.

You will provide all school staff with a comprehensive administrative support service so that they can undertake their roles with maximum effectiveness. You will also provide a customer-focused and efficient reception service to visitors and telephone callers, presenting a welcoming and professional image of the school.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract starting from 1st September (with possibility to start sooner if there is availability).

Holiday Entitlement: 30 days plus bank holidays

First class organisational and administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of office management processes are essential requirements.

You will need administrative experience in a complex organization in addition to proven experience of handling sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy. The ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines is equally important.
