After-school program coordinator

La Lab School Paris is looking for an after-school coordinator to take charge of the various after-school activities, for a total of 30 hours/month (annualized).

MISSIONS

• Supervision of all after-school hours from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the school year.
• Coordination of workshops and service providers.
• Administrative follow-up.
• Coordination of a team.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Management of lunch breaks, every day from 12 noon to 2 p.m. (lunch with children at school, then accompaniment and supervision of children in the park. Presence of 2 adults per class (15 to 30 pupils).
• Management of after-school care on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4.15pm to 6pm, with a group of around 10 children.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Experience

• 2 years' experience as an animator is essential, experience in extra-curricular direction is appreciated.

• Inform parents about the organization of the structure and present the program of activities to parents and children
• Observe the child's behavior and development, and identify any difficulties.

Education :

• Baccalaureate or equivalent.
• BPJEPS qualification required (possibly BAFD with experience in management).
