AIS is seeking a passionate and innovative Middle School English Language and Literature Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Teach English Language and Literature to middle school students, aligning with curriculum standards.
Student Engagement: Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures students' love for reading, writing, and critical thinking.
Educational Innovation: Implement diverse teaching methodologies to cater to varied learning styles and abilities.
Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the middle school team to develop integrated curricular activities and cross-disciplinary projects.
Parental Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and participation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Teaching certification in English Language and Literature.
Experience in teaching middle school students.
Strong understanding of adolescent development and classroom management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
