Apprentice PE Coach

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Apprentice Sports Coach across our Federated Schools from January 2025, who is able to coach PE & Games across our schools, supporting the Lead Sports Coach in the implementation and delivery of the Schools PE curriculum with the support of a well established programme of study.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for PE & Games and be willing to learn on the job and develop professionally. They will be responsible for assisting in the planning and delivery of coaching sessions in a range of sports, to children across the two schools, as well as support the lead coach with competitive sports initiatives in the local authority and beyond.

The successful applicant will have knowledge of a wide variety of sports and have obtained officiation or coaching qualification would be desirable.

A working knowledge of IT is essential, as is a willingness to contribute to all school activities in our thriving Federated Schools.

This role is a term-time only position.
