Job Title:  Apprentice Administration Assistant

 

Are you looking to start your career in an educational support role? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about administration, Is this you?  

This role presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their admin skills.

The role will be predominately based at E-ACT Nechells Primary Academy but with occasional travel to the Midlands academies and of course, to build on your relationship with our fantastic E-ACT colleagues.   

Key responsibilities: 

Reporting to the Office Manager, this post holder will be accountable for

 

  • Dealing with complex reception and visitor queries. When required, answer routine telephone and face to face enquiries, sign in visitors and undertake general reception duties.
  • Maintaining manual and computerised records/returns/management information systems
  • Track and respond to enquiries, extensive and on-going phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Maintaining manual and computerised records/returns/management information systems
  • Maintaining stock and supplies, cataloguing and distributing as required or as directed

 

Pay range: Apprenticeship level 1 - Actual: £11416.85 - FTE: £12,314
