Our team of talented staff are friendly and professional, fully committed to the educational, pastoral, and well-being needs of our students. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Attendance Officer for the academy, to ensure strong and improving attendance for students attending the academy and enable strategies to be put into place to improve the attendance of students. This will include developing and managing attendance initiatives including the management of the Academy electronic attendance system so that there is constant improvement in relation to the academy attendance targets.
To succeed, you will have at least three years’ experience of working with young people in a secondary school and hold a good academic standard of general education to A Level/NVQ Level 3. You will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. You will be joining a dynamic team, who enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
