Starting salary: Full time equivalent £23,305 per annum / Pro rata salary £19,249 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 3pm  

Contract type: Permanent

Term time including training days plus 1 week holiday working

 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed person to join our attendance team in an Attendance Support - Letters & Bookings role. This requires an individual who is highly organised, works well within a team and has a flexible approach and will work proactively with our students and their families. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual who will be a key part of the attendance team who aim to raise achievement and remove barriers to learning and progress by improving student attendance.  

 

Experience in Safeguarding would be an advantage – but training is available.

The ideal candidate will be:

· Outstanding in terms of organisation and ability to work within deadlines

· A good team player, but also to work autonomously

· An excellent communicator

· Pro-active and displays initiative

· IT literate, especially data analysis

· Committed to The Cornerstone Academy’s ethos of high expectations and inclusivity

 

Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
