The Business Intelligence (BI) Systems Officer role is critical to ensuring that the College has well organised data, which is available from our learner records business systems for reporting and analysis to provide management information and support the development of Education Business System (EBS).

You will provide and effectively manage the support system tickets to identify, extract, transform and load data into appropriate solutions that enable the use of learner records business systems, ultimately supporting the operational and strategic decision making.

Working with teams and key stakeholders across the College, you will liaise with colleagues to enable project-based support to succeed by providing the technical knowledge required for the EBS designs.

As our successful post holder, you will provide an operational service, requiring co-ordination with other teams and closely related functions.
