Governors wish to appoint a Business Operations Support Manger. The successful candidate will be responsible to the Head of Business Operations and will assist with Finance, Payroll, Premises, Contracts and Health & Safety as well as directly line manage three members of the admin team.

 

The job would suit a well organised, motivated and flexible person. Previous experience of working in an educational background would be preferable and first aid qualification desirable, but training will be given.

 

The Palmer Catholic Academy is a voluntary aided co-educational Academy for students aged 11 to 18. CPD

The Palmer Catholic Academy offers a diverse range of CPD activities that meet the needs and requirements of all staff at various stages of their professional career.  Professional Development Groups allow staff to opt in to sessions that focus on particular areas of pedagogy to deepen understanding and share good practice.  Opportunities are also given to emerging leaders to lead on various initiatives across the academy.

Location

The Palmer Catholic Academy is ideally located with excellent transport links for both buses and trains (Elizabeth Line - Seven Kings Station - 12 minutes from Stratford).  Good local amenities.
