As our Centre Apprenticeship Administrator, you’ll provide administration support to the Head of School, Apprenticeship Manager and Apprenticeship staff to support the effective management and delivery of the apprenticeship and its operation within a designated centre. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll liaise with Apprenticeship staff and cross-college services on apprentice and staff matters and manage enquiries and administration tasks relating to the apprenticeship programmes.

We’re looking for someone who has experience of providing strong administrative support within a fast-paced environment and who can build effective relationships across teams to deliver tasks effectively. With a high level of computer literacy and the ability to work effectively under pressure whilst adhering to strict deadlines, you’ll have exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing, and be able to work accurately according to set procedures.

Experience of working within a curriculum setting to support and manage apprenticeships and centre administration is desirable, as is experience of liaising and supporting students, parents and staff and achieving successful resolutions to enquiries.

We have three positions available: one at South Thames College, Wandsworth, one at Carshalton College and one at Kingston College. All positions are permanent, part time for 18 hours per week.
