About our school:

We are a small independent school which supports KS2 and KS3 students that may have previously experienced difficulties accessing in their education. We are committed to ensuring that all students learn and are engaged in the appropriate programme of study, which allows them to successfully re-engage with education and to achieve their very best outcomes.

Overview of the role of Cleaner:

· Cleaning certain parts of the school site

· Vacuuming carpeted areas and washing floors

· Sweeping uncarpeted areas

· Emptying and cleaning bins

· Spot cleaning of spillages

· Cleaning desks, seats and skirting boards

· Cleaning toilet areas and replenishing toiletries

· Cleaning doors and windows

· Checking stock levels of cleaning materials

· Reporting all defects/hazards immediately

· Have worked in a similar position

· Manage time effectively

· Have an awareness of health and safety procedures
