If you are passionate about community development, excel at building relationships, enjoy working with a high level of autonomy, and thrive in a dynamic, people-centred role, we would love to hear from you!

About United Learning:

At United Learning, we believe in the power of community and support our schools to be good neighbours. Our aim is to foster positive change, strengthen relationships, and support young people and families in the communities we serve.

In addition, you’ll lead initiatives to secure sustainable funding for the hub, manage partnerships, and oversee impact measurement and reporting.

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic leader who excels at building and nurturing strong relationships and partnerships, possesses an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, and inspires others to become catalysts for positive change.

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Extensive range of employee benefits through our partner Perkbox.
  • Westfield Health cash plan for eligible staff
  • Continuous Professional Development options that will be tailored to your needs.
  • A supportive team.
  • We are open to requests for flexible or part-time working; and we encourage open and regular conversations about work-life balance.
