We are committed to fostering a learning environment that encourages and celebrates continuous professional development (CPD), as we believe that a love for learning begins with our staff.

The school’s strength is its community: our staff, who are professional, passionate, and brilliantly collegiate; our pupils, who are inquisitive, challenging learners with a spring in their step, and our parents, who are hugely supportive, appreciative, and ambitious.

We are seeking a pro-active and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join Dulwich Prep & Senior starting in November 2024 or January 2025 for a one-year fixed-term contract.

We are looking for a driven, committed, and team-focused individual who can effectively support teaching and learning across Years 1 to 4. The successful applicant will demonstrate a willingness to become fully involved in the life of the school

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning atmosphere when our teaching staff are on short-term absence. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing classrooms effectively
  • Ensuring students stay focused on pre-prepared exercises
  • Assist in organising lessons and duty cover
  • Input absences and allocate teaching cover

The Ideal candidate will be an experienced Cover Supervisor with strong classroom management skills.
