We are seeking to appoint an experienced Data, Systems & Exams Manager. 

King Solomon High School is a unique and wonderful Jewish secondary school, set in the London Borough of Redbridge. Our school is inclusive, and our students and staff come from a range of cultural and religious backgrounds.

We are recruiting new staff to transform all aspects of the school. This is an exciting opportunity to lead real and meaningful change, lead innovation and be part of a great success story. 

The Data, Systems & Exams Manager is responsible for the following:

  • The school’s management information systems. 
  • Assessment/exams, reporting and data systems. 
  • Assessment/exams analysis (using SISRA and ALPS). 
  • Student target grades. 
  • Year 7 transition data. 
  • The student and workforce censuses. 
  • The school timetable (with support), curriculum modelling, options and setting processes. 
  • Creating and running periodical reports on behaviour, staff absence, attendance and cover. 
  • Being the data protection officer and managing all subject access requests. 
  • Data reporting to the DfE. 
  • Training staff on the use of data and reporting systems. 
  • Other data related tasks. 
  • Leading the public exams process. 
  • Exams entries.  
  • Exam timetables. 
  • Leading invigilators. 
  • All exams officer related duties. 

Please note that from September 2025 the school will temporarily not be enrolling years 12 and 13. Therefore, all data and exams related duties will be for years 7-11 only. 

The Headteacher is ambitious for the school’s future, strives for excellence and has high expectations of staff and students.
