We are looking for a Deputy Head of International Primary (KS1 & EYFS) who will join the Senior Leadership Team of the campus to help us guide the school and work with our colleagues to take us to the next level. The Role

• Empower teachers to focus on the quality of learning in the school working with SLT for progress towards the 9 criteria ISP Learning Improvement Process.

• Lead, inspire and develop middle leaders, teachers, and administrative staff in the secondary school.

• To contribute to a focus on the four key areas of the Secondary School – Learning, Experiences, Community and Futures – aligning with the ISP vision of ‘Schools of Choice’.

• Model and contribute to the effective articulation of the story of the secondary school with focus on the principal area of responsibility.

• Support the Head of Primary in the growth and success of the secondary school against its KPIs.

• To work with and contribute to the wider group and articulate the benefits.

• Develop effective relationships based on a culture of partnership.

• Has the Leadership Qualification such as NPQH, Masters or NPQSL (Desirable)

The Package 

This is a two-year contract with an option to renew at the end. Benefits include:
