Job overview

The College has a challenging and creative vacancy for a Head of Marketing and Student Recruitment, leading the Marketing and Customer Services teams within the College. As a manager at Barnet and Southgate College (BSC) you will support the delivery of the BSC brand, developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to include campaign planning, budget management and measurement of return on investment, whilst preserving and enhancing the positive reputation the organisation holds within its stakeholder groups.

Barnet and Southgate College serves over 13,000 learners from 3 main campuses and various training centres over North London. The successful applicant will lead the implementation and development of marketing and brand strategies, be responsible for college events, communications and marketing activities and support delivery staff to project a consistent and professional brand to internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in developing and delivering customer excellence, knowledge of admissions and enrolment processes within further education and experience of marketing and communication within a large and complex organisation is essential.
