About Role
The DUCKS school (3-7 years) requires a dynamic and collaborative professional to effectively manage our AEN provision. The postholder will either have a recognised SEN qualification or extensive experience of working in SEN in a primary school setting. The role requires a practitioner who strongly believes in an inclusive approach and personalized learning. They must have the expertise to set up systems for identifying SEN, putting in place support, and assessing and reviewing the provision. This includes creating and monitoring individual education plans and provision maps with class teachers, dual language teachers, and assistant teachers.
