* Due to increased demand for Admissions, we are expanding our Early Years Teaching team in 2025 *

To work in conjunction with other Early Years Practitioners at the school to care for and educate the pupils attending the school. To be a positive member of the team, inspiring learning and promoting the ethos of The Mulberry House School under the leadership of the Headteacher.

This role is within one of our Early Years classes, in a team with a Team Leader who overseas the team. Each member of staff in the team will lead on some specific areas of strength in the curriculum and support in other lessons and snack and play duties.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

To be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to establish and develop positive relationships with the whole school community.

To be able to respect confidentiality at all times

Good time management, with the ability to set and work to deadlines

Flexibility and able to work on own initiative

Ability to remain calm, positive and enthusiastic when working under pressure

Passionate about children’s learning and development

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Grade C or above in English, Maths and Science

• NVQ Level 3 or 6 is highly desirable

• QTS is desirable

The Mulberry House School is a Nursery and Pre-Prep school in North London and was established to provide children between the ages of 2 and 7+ years with the highest standard of education and care.
