Woodbridge Park provides a vital service to the families and schools of Hounslow. We are proud of our service and we need inspirational, patient trailblazers who believe that every child matters and who will never give up on our amazing pupils.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Woodbridge Park.  We are seeking to appoint at the earliest opportunity an Engagement & Intervention Manager to work alongside our friendly and close-knit team. Candidates will have strong behaviour management skills, will be talented, dynamic and inspirational and will challenge and motivate our students to get the very best meaningful outcomes. Strong, stable relationships with our children and young people are a must. We need a colleague who lives and breathes our trauma-informed approach, someone who sees restoration as the way forward, not retribution. We need someone who has the resilience and initiative to manage their work and their day without constant guidance and we will provide an induction with experienced colleagues across the service to support with this.

We can also offer a varied professional experience, thanks to our many diverse sites – no two days are the same. We can also offer outstanding professional development with a dedicated training programme and planned investment in staff development. We place a high regard and focus on staff wellbeing having been awarded the NEU Workload Charter Status and we offer all staff six early finish days per school year to support their wellbeing.

The post is 5 days per week, term time only and 32.5 hours per week, on a two year contract in the first instance. Previous experience is essential of working with students in a supporting role. Candidates will have strong behaviour management skills and current certificates or a willingness to train in Team Teach and First Aid. Candidates will be expected to work across sites within the Borough of Hounslow.
