We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our team in August 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to teach students from Middle School through to the IB Diploma Programme in a dynamic and multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to Middle School and IB DP students following the relevant curriculum standards.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that enhance students' skills in reading, writing, and communication.
- Develop differentiated learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity.
- Regularly assess, record, and report on student progress.
- Integrate technology into teaching to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Participate in and support the school’s extra-curricular and pastoral programs, including trips and after-school activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment and engage in professional development.
- Mentor and guide students through their personal, social, and academic development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress.
- Contribute to curriculum development and review teaching strategies to ensure alignment with the school’s objectives and IB standards.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A university degree in English or a related subject with recognized teaching certification.
- 5 years of teaching experience, ideally in international or IB schools, with a focus on secondary or middle school education.
- Familiarity with the MYP and IBDP curriculum and experience teaching these frameworks.
- A proven ability to create a positive learning environment and inspire students.
- Technological proficiency with the ability to integrate digital tools into lessons.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English (basic French is an advantage).
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for innovative teaching practices.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A willingness to engage in extra-curricular activities and contribute to school life.
